I've threatened to write a triathlon blog for years. For some reason or another, it never happened. Lots of thoughts and plans, but no actual words on screen. As they say - "every moment thinking about doing something is a moment lost, a moment when you could actually be doing it."
So here we go, I'll try and update on training, racing and my thoughts and opinions from the world of multisport. If you like it, please comment and/or share. If you hate it, please comment and/or share. It's not a diary, so feel free to wade in...
